    Interview Confidentiality Agreement

Your voice is heard. Your identity is protected. Your insights drive transformation without compromise.

    Last Updated: October 2025

    Our Core Commitment

At TitanWave, we recognize that honest, unfiltered feedback is the cornerstone of successful AI transformation. All stakeholder interviews conducted as part of the TITAN AI Business Blueprint are protected by comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) that go beyond standard confidentiality provisions.

Individual responses and feedback are never shared with employers in identifiable form. We aggregate insights, identify patterns, and deliver strategic recommendations while ensuring complete transparency and protection for every participant.

    What's Protected

    Personal Identity

Your name, position, department, and any personally identifiable information remains completely confidential. Employers receive aggregated insights only, never individual attribution.

    Specific Feedback

Every comment, concern, suggestion, and observation you share is protected. Your exact words are never quoted in reports unless you explicitly provide written permission.

    Critical Observations

Process inefficiencies, management concerns, technology limitations, and organizational challenges you identify remain confidential. We synthesize these into actionable insights without revealing sources.

    Group Dynamics

Department-specific feedback is presented in aggregate form. When patterns emerge across groups, we present findings that protect individual and sub-group identities.

    Legal Framework

    1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

All stakeholders participating in TITAN Blueprint interviews sign a bilateral NDA with TitanWave that establishes:

    • • Mutual confidentiality obligations between interviewer and interviewee
    • • Explicit prohibition on sharing individual responses with employers
    • • Data handling and storage requirements aligned with GDPR and industry standards
    • • Legal recourse provisions in case of confidentiality breach
    • • Time limitations and conditions for data retention

    2. Data Handling Protocols

Interview data is subject to strict handling procedures:

    • • All recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest and in transit
    • • Access is restricted to certified TitanWave analysts only
    • • Personal identifiers are stripped during initial processing
    • • Anonymization techniques prevent re-identification
    • • Original interview materials are securely destroyed after analysis completion

    3. Reporting Standards

All deliverables to client organizations adhere to strict confidentiality standards:

    • • Findings are presented as aggregated patterns across multiple stakeholders
    • • Minimum threshold rules prevent inference of individual responses
    • • Direct quotes require explicit written consent from participants
    • • Department-level insights require sufficient sample sizes to prevent identification
    • • Sensitive organizational issues are presented with additional protective measures

    Why This Matters

    Honest Insights Drive Better Outcomes

When employees know their feedback is truly confidential, they provide deeper, more accurate insights into operational challenges, technology gaps, and transformation opportunities. This honesty is essential for identifying real AI value opportunities rather than superficial solutions.

    Trust Enables Transformation

Successful AI transformation requires buy-in across all levels of an organization. When stakeholders trust the process and know their voices matter without personal risk, they become partners in change rather than obstacles to it.

Ethical AI Starts with Ethical Process

Our commitment to confidentiality isn't just legal compliance, it's a fundamental ethical principle. Organizations seeking to implement AI responsibly must model that responsibility in every aspect of the transformation journey, starting with how they gather and protect stakeholder insights.

    Your Rights as a Participant

Right to Review: You may review your interview transcript and request corrections or clarifications within 10 business days of the interview.
Right to Withdraw: You may withdraw your participation and request deletion of your interview data at any time before final report submission.
Right to Anonymity: You may request complete anonymity, including concealment of your role or department, with aggregation into broader categories.
Right to Access: You may request information about how your feedback was incorporated into final recommendations (in aggregated, non-identifiable form).
Right to Complaint: You may file a confidentiality complaint with TitanWave management, with investigation conducted by independent third party if necessary.

    Enforcement and Accountability

TitanWave takes confidentiality breaches seriously. Any violation of this agreement by TitanWave personnel results in immediate disciplinary action, including potential termination and legal consequences. Client organizations that attempt to compel disclosure of individual responses through any means will be immediately removed from the engagement with full refund provisions.

All TitanWave consultants undergo annual confidentiality training and certification. Our processes are audited by independent third parties to ensure compliance with stated commitments.
